Use an Apoc or Geddon with armor repping drones, much more useful, lot less training, and you can still do a little bit of damage as well as tank 10x the damage.

You can get the missing DLLs here (Microsoft Site) But only if you have a legitimate version of the operating system, its genuine advantage protected. Test server is back down again though
